Here`s the first of a few reviews of beers new to me & ones I`ve not had for some time !

A bright and glossy appearance certainly draws the eye of the imbiber towards this offering from Elgood`s .
A Brilliantly clear golden colour with excellent carbonation levels ;
resulting in a loosely packed head , which as the level in the glass goes down , leaves those lacings on the glass that are the hallmark of a well brewed and conditioned beer .
Complex notes of cream soda , peach and toffee lead to a gently present bitterness that ideally brings the elements together, just so and evenly mixed .
The initial bitterness fades to hints of toffee and a taste that reminiscent of the old fashioned Peaches & Cream boiled sweets with echoes of dandelion & burdock ;
All in all an superb example of the brewer`s art .
A Beer which leaves me wondering why on earth I only ordered three bottles of the blessed nectar ! , A beer that`s very much worth looking for either on Draught or in Bottled form .
